In 2017, Dee and her husband, iconic designer Tommy Hilfiger, acquired an ownership stake in Judith Leiber, where she now serves as Creative Director and Co-Owner. Under her leadership, the brand has been revitalized with fresh collaborations featuring cultural icons such as Iris Apfel, Hello Kitty, Elvis Presley, Katy Perry, and the Kardashian-Jenner family.
