PATTI CAZZATO – CEO | Brand Builder | Eco-Entrepreneur

Patti Cazzato is the CEO of NAKEDCASHMERE, a luxury direct-to-consumer brand known for its elevated essentials and artistic approach to knitwear. Since joining the brand in January 2023, Patti has led its evolution with a focus on expanding distribution, introducing Made-in-Italy lines, and positioning NAKEDCASHMERE at the intersection of art and fashion. Under her direction, the brand is embracing its identity as a purveyor of “modern heirlooms”—cashmere pieces that feel like a second skin and are designed to last beyond seasons.

A seasoned executive with over three decades of experience, Patti has held leadership roles across global fashion powerhouses. As Head of Emerging Businesses at Victoria’s Secret, she played a key role in the brand’s transformation, joining the newly formed female-led leadership team and serving as a founding member of the VS&Co. Foundation and Sustainability Committee.

From 2014 to 2020, Patti served as CEO of Timbuk2, where she oversaw the brand’s global retail and digital expansion and reenergized its product offering. Earlier in her career, she was SVP at Gap Inc., helping scale a $650M division to $1.7B, and SVP at Levi Strauss & Co., where she led the reinvention of the women’s category and launched the company’s first eco-conscious line. She also held senior roles at Ann Taylor, Esprit, and Sam & Libby.

Patti’s entrepreneurial spirit led her to found Clary Sage Organics in 2007—a yoga lifestyle brand and wellness center rooted in mindful design and ethical practices. Her journey began much earlier, selling baby clothes for her father at age 10 and later managing a Limited Store in college.

In her past Cazzato served on the boards of Frankies Bikinis and Love & Lemons, and was an active investor through VS&Co with AmplifyHer Ventures, a VC firm supporting female-led startups in consumer and enterprise tech.

Patti lives in Los Angeles and is the proud mother of two adult children—one based in New York and the other in Seattle. Outside of work, she is a devoted yoga practitioner, nature enthusiast, and lifelong traveler.
