Courtnie Gray has been in the financial services industry since 2007 and is one of the original co-founders of Good Life Companies, a nationally recognized firm serving financial advisors and families nationwide. As an independent wealth manager, Courtnie provides comprehensive financial planning and investment management, helping clients align their money with their goals through retirement planning, tax-efficient strategies, risk management, and wealth transfer solutions. Her independence allows her to offer personalized guidance free from institutional constraints— always centered on her clients’ best interests. Recognized as an industry leader, Courtnie has earned top honors in Investment News and recently featured in Forbes Magazine for her work and influence in financial planning.

Raised on a Christmas tree farm she learned the value of hard work and growth—principles she carries into her practice today. A Syracuse University graduate, Courtnie attended on a full field hockey scholarship and earned her degree in Marketing from the Whitman School of Management, combining analytical insight with creative problem-solving.

Courtnie’s proudest achievements are her roles as a mother and community leader. She and her husband, Clay, enjoy an active lifestyle and love cheering on their sons—Graham, Colt, and James—in their athletic pursuits. She also serves as President of the Schuylkill Valley

Education Foundation, supporting local students and teachers. Rounding out the family is Teddy Gray, their beloved mini Bernedoodle and “Chief Barketing Officer,” who brings joy to clients and family alike.
